We provide proactive thorough reviews of the newly built home to assist the customer in conducting a visual examination of their property in order to educate and aid in locating defects or deficient workmanship. We are qualified to aid homeowners in what they may not see or understand.

Anyone buying a newly built home, especially, out-of-state buyer’s, first time buyers, and the savvy investor who wants to eliminate unnecessary challenges identifying workmanship in their newly built home.

Why would I need the Walk-Through consultation?
We have first hand experience dealing with workmanship and tolerance issues on newly built homes and the challenges of obtaining warranty service. We support and educate the buyer of their warranty rights by assisting and aiding in the proper documentation of identified pre-drywall and pre-closing items.

Won't the builder provide me with these services?
Not all builders provide the exact same type of services, experience or the human resource. Without additional information, assistance on building practices and methods and most important time lines, quality and warrantable items can often be overlooked.
